Ordered some pet meds from animed.co.uk and tbh I wasn’t expecting them to turn up that fast. Came in a couple of days, all packed up properly and no faff or anything.

Ordering was easy too, no weird hassle on the site. Really happy with how quick it was, will defo use them again when I need to stock up.

The site works well overall. I could find stuff without much hassle, so yeah, solid and easy to use.

I ordered from animed.co.uk i was relieved when it arrived in such good shape. I’d been feeling a bit trapped waiting around for it, worrying something might leak or get crushed, but the box was sturdy and everything inside was packed really neatly. You can tell they put some care into it. No mess, no damage, no fuss. I’d happily order again...

The checkout was about as easy as I could have hoped for. I already had my pet food sitting in the basket, went through to pay, and it all just worked without making me jump through loads of extra steps or re-enter the same details over and over. The payment went through quickly, I got the confirmation pretty much straight away, and the site didn’t freeze, lag, or do that annoying thing where you’re not sure if the order actually went through. Nothing dramatic to report, which is exactly what I want when I’m just trying to buy pet food. Happy with it.

The prices are decent and the website is easy enough to use, so I really wanted this to be a stress-free option. Sadly, the delivery side has been a real letdown.
I’ve had a couple of orders arrive later than expected, which is frustrating when it’s pet medicine and you’re trying to make sure your pet doesn’t run out. The tracking didn’t make me feel any better either, as it just seemed to sit there with no clear update.
Customer service did get back to me, but I felt like I had to keep chasing, which added to the worry. I’d probably use them again, but only if it wasn’t something urgent.

I was happy to place my order and everything seemed fine at first, but the communication after that was poor. I barely received any updates and ended up having to chase twice just to find out what was going on. It all worked out in the end, but a bit more proactive communication would’ve made the experience much better.

I had no trouble sorting out my account on Animed. Logging in was straightforward, my pet details and past orders were easy to find, and updating my info didn’t take forever. if it was a hassle I’d probably just go elsewhere, so it’s nice when a site just works without any fuss

I’ve had such bad luck with ordering pet meds from other places that I always expect something to go wrong, but these guys have been solid. My orders show up when they say they will, and I haven’t had any issues so far. It’s kind of a relief to not have to chase anyone down for once...

I’ve been using Animed for my dog’s medication, and for me the repeat order option is the best part. It just makes life easier because I don’t have to search for the same items every time. I sent my pet’s prescription over and it was checked really quickly. The order went through without any problems, and I got updates along the way so I knew what was happening. it was much easier than I expected and saved me a bit of hassle. I’ll definitely use Animed again for the next one.

I saved a bit compared to what I usually pay at my vet, so that was nice. Delivery could’ve been quicker, though maybe I’m just used to things arriving faster these days. Overall, still a decent experience.

Customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort out my question. It did take a little while to get everything cleared up, but I kind of regret not asking sooner. Overall, I’m happy enough with how it went.

I ordered some flea treatment and joint tablets from Animed for my dog, and they were the same brands I normally get from the vets. Everything was sealed properly, in date, and looked completely fine. My dog has been absolutely okay on them, so no complaints there at all. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the box arrived a bit squashed, and for about 10 seconds I thought, right, that’s it, everything inside is going to be ruined and the world is ending. But nope, the items were totally fine. Good quality stuff overall

I’ve ordered from Animed a few times now and overall it’s been alright. Prices seem reasonable, which is why I keep checking back, but the one thing that does get a bit frustrating is the stock. The item I usually need isn’t always available, so I’ll go to order and then realise it’s out again, which is a bit of a pain. When they do have it in, delivery has been perfectly fine, no real issues there. Just wish the stock was a bit more consistent.

I accidentally ordered the wrong flea tablets and thought returning them might be a bit of a hassle. I sent them back unopened, and to my surprise the refund came through within a few days with no fuss at all. Really pleased with how smooth it was.

Animed has send me medication whith a too short best before date and the product was therefore unusable and not fit for purpose. I've contacted animed immediately and they promised that they will correct their error. They wanted proof in a photo, my vet to contact them, me sending it back and numerous conversations via email and on the phone. Animed gave one excuse after another, asking more from me and I did everything they've asked me to do.

My vet contacted them after initially confusion how long these ear drops will have to last, I then rang them and got advice how and were to send the product back. I did everything and Animed finally after waiting contacted me back, but only after I requested a response.

At first they said that the warehouse needed to acknowledge that they received the product back, but they've changed their tune when I told them that I've got proof they've received it.

Then they've contacted me back saying that the product would be used up within 7 days and that they didn't tell me to send it back!

Firstly how on earth am I suppose to use a big bottle of ear drops within 7 days and my vet told them that the best before date has to be longer, then denying they advised me how to send it back.

Animed now is refusing to refund my money, even the product was unusable and not fit for purpose.

I am out of pocket now even that the law is on my side.

Animed is a company without compassion for the animal health, without customer service and dishonest.

Buying from this company and you money will be lost if anything isn't going to plan as they will refuse any responsibility or customer service.
